I believe that eating nuts helps a lot with constipation. Is there a vitamin supplement with nuts is I have the same benefits

I think you should start taking cod liver oil. It has many health benefits, but also helps keep you regular. As soon as I started to be taken to the bathroom take 2 -3 times a day. I would be 1 tablespoon per day, and there are classes that actually tastes good taste. The best place to start This is a natural foods store.

Not that I know of. too much water to drink. You can try to cashews, if you're not crazy. Cashews worked for me .-
