When I launch Adobe Reader, click Open, and scroll to where my files hide to create a PDF preview of the file instead of displaying the icon file. How can I fix this problem permanently?. When you save the preview image?

It was the opinion of the option in Windows Explorer. If the image / picture an image of the first page displayed.
Is this a list or details, shows the icon.
You have also tried to install Adobe Digital Editions?
It's free, and I think it's much cooler than the Adobe Reader.
