What do you think of pain shots in the spine to manage pain? - spinal osteoarthritis
I have arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I had two operations on the cervical spine. I have 4 or 5 slices of melted metal and screws in the spine. More surgery may not help. No assurance of good results. Also back pain.

I have to work this work and filming for a while, then no more. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic fatigue and had back surgery so I know what happens.
I get the best pain relief for deep tissue massage therapy. I did this three times a week. It's literally all he manages the pain and keep me informed. There really notice this option before you do anything intrusive.
Apply heat on his back for twenty minutes several times a day. This will help relax the muscles.
Anti-inflammatory drugs may help the pain, if you find one that suits you. This is a trial-and-error method.
I included a link to an article I wrote about fibromyalgia and gives us some ideas for the self.

I met people who have suffered a spinal block to try to relieve the pain in the spine. Some of them had very good results and others had very poor results. Had someone suggested a nerve block to some problems with my nerves closest to the spine is a problem I have tried for some time to block.
After much research I decided that there is an option for me because of other health problems and the fact that I am more susceptible to infections. I do not want my health problems have been worse, or create new problems for me if I had to. Then I'll talk to my neurologist to see what he says about all this.
I had to wear lumbar sympathetic blocks with my pain (I've had), complex regional pain syndrome, and worked, but it was time for me, but for many vaccines work well and last for 4-6 months +.
